Parents and Students of Four, Six, Twenty, Twenty Six, Fifty One & 124 West Main Street, 12 East Main, 32 & 36 North Third and 28 North Fourth Street, our purpose in creating high end student housing for Bona students are many. First, is to create and maintain a living space which will enrich a Student’s college experience. Second, is to help revitalize The Village of Allegany and help foster a positive relationship between Bona Students and the Community. Third, is to reduce the cost and complication of living Off-Campus, by having an All-Inclusive rent payment structure. We are fortunate to have a group of outstanding independent contractors and Student Interns, along with a supportive local government to facilitate the renovation and maintenance of our properties.
